Every paid session includes:
- One-to-one virtual session
- Personalized discussions based on your goals and circumstances
- Flexible use of coaching, Co-Scheduling, systems thinking, or other suitable approaches, depending on your needs
- Reflection, planning, and practical experimentation where appropriate
The focus of the sessions may evolve as your situation changes. You do not need to know beforehand which starting point fits you better. That is something we can figure out together.

Before committing to any paid sessions, you are invited to a complimentary 30-minute conversation.
This allows us to:
- understand your situation
- explore whether my support is suitable for your goals
- answer any questions about the engagement
- determine whether we are a good fit to work together
There is no obligation to continue afterwards.
